Rather than employing direct sales representatives or using agents to market to end-user customers, Integration sees a large changing market where end-user clients will buy services through trusted referral partners.

The technology marketplace has changed distribution models since the divestiture of the US telecommunications industry in the 1990s. Over time, providers used direct sales teams and channel distribution through technology solution provider agencies. The largest technology solution providers have amassed over $1B in revenues and growing. Founding Partner

Denis Raue is the founding Partner of Integration after a career of over forty years in sales, leadership, and C-Level positions to tap into the power of referral partners in the technology solution provider industry.

Denis Raue served as Vice President of Business Development at AppDirect after AppDirect purchased Telegration, Inc. from Mr. Raue in August 2019. AppDirect is the leading Subscription platform for recurring technology services. Raue's role included expanding the business development for AppDirect through new partnerships with other agencies to become part of the AppSmart family, including Invest transactions with other technology solution providers to be acquired by AppDirect.

Denis Raue founded Telegration, Inc. on March 4th, 1990. Raue helped oversee the strategic success path of the executive team and the management of the financial, vision, and revenue growth processes as both the founder & President and, ultimately, the CEO. Telegration became a leader in the Channel, received numerous industry and provider awards for sales performance and leadership, and served on multiple providers' advisory boards. Raue guided the company for 29 years by capitalizing on disruptive industry changes. He is a former Class A shareholder and board member of Alliance Partners. Founded in 1997, Alliance Partners is a nationwide corporation owned by 19 member agencies that lead the Telecom/IT industry through best practices, policy, profitability, and productivity. Agent Alliance members represent over 500 years of combined agency ownership experience and have over $500 million in billings under management. Agent Alliance members offer unparalleled expertise in the state of art telecommunications and IT products and services, including voice and data services, wide-area networks, collaboration technologies, VoIP, and the new generation of cloud services.

Raue also served as a member of the CompTIA Distributor Advisory Board. Raue holds a BA in Economics from The University of Michigan.

Derrick Jacobs

Co-Founding Partner

Co-Founder and Partner of Integration, Derrick Jacobs is a dynamic sales professional with a documented history of success. Derrick is a non-traditional, no-nonsense, forward-thinking sales and leadership coach.  

Derrick entered B2B telecommunication sales in 1999 and earned Rookie of the Year with Telegration, Inc. Consecutive President’s Club Awards fast tracked him into sales management. As Regional Sales Manager, Derrick was tasked to build sales teams across the Great Lakes Region. His responsibilities included all aspects of the sales process along with talent development and culture. His achievements were rewarded by being promoted to Director of Sales, overseeing sales for the company.  

Derrick has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and in 2007, he launched Breakthrough Consulting Group in Grand Rapids, Michigan. “Connecting People with Solutions” is the core principle for his process and organization. Derrick works with his clients as a leadership coach, developing vision and company culture. Derrick maintains a robust telecommunications client base.  

Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University. He is also a high school wrestling coach and purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
